You can purchase your items online and pick them up at one our designated pickup location within one to two hours of ordering, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in up order allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time.
Your order can be held at our store for several calendar days. We‘ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to our warehouse.

Shipping Policy
Processing, Shipping, & Restrictions
Processing Time:
Orders will be processed for shipment within 3-5 business days after purchase. Once processed and shipped, you should expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days depending on the shipping speed you selected. Business days do not include weekends.
Shipping Policies:
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. You will be provided a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped and scanned in by USPS or UPS. Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once additional shipping costs have been paid for the new shipment. A lost package due to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.
International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. If import fees are charged by the customer’s country at the time of import, the customer is solely responsible for the fee of importing goods. Any packages returned due to the refusal to pay duties can be refunded, once returned to us, minus the original shipping cost.
Limited Insurance
We provide Limited Insurance at checkout which covers lost, stolen and damaged packages. If you decline this coverage, you waive your protection in the instance that the shipping carrier does not assume liability and provide reimbursement for a lost, stolen, or damaged package.
Returns
High Customer Satisfaction
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted on any of our products. In the rare event that something goes wrong with your order before receipt please contact customer service we will be happy to assist you with damaged product arrivals using the shipping insurance process - provided a short investigation finds no adequate evidence of foul play.
